Our partnership with the Lee County School System began with a common goal – to provide an authentic representation of their vision for education and the impact Dr. Kathleen Truitt had already made in her short time as superintendent. We conducted in-depth interviews with Dr. Truitt, key staff members, students, and community stakeholders. This process not only helped us understand the unique challenges and opportunities they faced, but also allowed us to pinpoint the core values and ethos of the Lee County School System. These insights formed the foundation of our creative storytelling approach to showcase the tireless efforts of Dr. Truitt and her team to create an inclusive and collaborative learning environment that encompassed both academic achievement and holistic development.
One of our main objectives was to highlight the exceptional teachers, students, and innovative programs within the school system. By capturing classroom moments, extracurricular activities, and student success stories, we painted a vibrant picture of the positive impact Dr. Truitt's leadership had on the academic journey of each student while successfully communicating the school system's mission, values, and achievements, as well as reaching a diverse audience who share in the LEE Co School System vision for the future.
